We are so excited to announce that beginning on Monday Jan 30th, the regularly scheduled group classes will offer TWO programming options for each class time – “Fitness” and “Sport”. The Fitness and Sport workouts will essentially be two different versions of the same workout, each with features that tailor the workout to your specific goals.
